Chocolate Chip Peanut Crisps |

1 1/2 c Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 c Butter or Margarine, softened
1/2 c Shortening
2 Eggs
2 Tsp Vanilla
3 c Self-rising Flour
2 c Salted Peanuts
1 (6 oz) pkg Semisweet Chocolate Chips |

Heat oven to 375. Lightly grease cookie
sheet. Mix brown sugar, margarine, shortening, eggs and vanilla in
large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Drop dough by rounded
teaspoonfuls about 2 in. apart onto cookie sheet. Flatten with greased
bottom of glass dipped in sugar. Bake until golden brown, 8-10 min.
Immediately remove from cookie sheet. |
