Stir-n-Roll Biscuits |

Ingredients: |

2 c Flour
3 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Salt
1/3 c Wesson Oil
2/3 C Milk |
Method: |

Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Pour oil and milk into
cup, but don't stir together. Pour all at once into flour mixture.
Stir with a fork until the mixture cleans side of bowl and rounds up
into a ball. Smooth by kneading dough about 10 times without
additional flour. With dough on waxed paper, press out 1/4 in. thick
with hands or roll between waxed papers. Cut with unfloured 3 in.
biscuit cutter. Spoon filling (below) into center and fold over. |
Ingredients: |

1 c Tuna, flaked
1/2 c minced Celery
1 egg, unbeaten |
Method: |
|
Mix together.
Spoon into center of biscuits.
Bake 10-12 min in very hot oven. |
To Serve: |
|
Serve with Cream of Mushroom, Cream of
Chicken soup or any creamed soup you desire. |
