Combine cabbage, onion, carrots, green
pepper in large bowl. Add salt and let stand one hour. Drain well!
In saucepan combine vinegar, sugar, water, mustard and celery seed.
Bring to a boil and boil 1 min. Let cool, pour over slaw. Toss well.
Chill a few hours or freeze for later use.
Thaw before serving. |
