Old Southern Pineapple Sheet Cake |

| Ingredients: |

2 Sugar
2 Eggs
2 c Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
2 tsp Soda
1 (#2) can crushed Pineapple, juice & all |

Mix well altogether by hand. Pour into
large cookie sheet. (Bake) for 25 min. or until golden brown at 350. |

ICING:
1 c Sugar
1 small can PET Milk
1 stick Margerine |
| Method: |
|
Put in saucepan. Bring to boil and if
desired, add 1-2 c Coconut and boil for 10 min. Pour over hot cake.
Sprinkle with nuts. |
