Title: Mother's Cottage Cheese Pie
Author: Audrey Springer
Ingredients: 2 c Cottage Cheese
3 Eggs
2 T melted Butter
1/2 c Sugar
2 c scalded Milk
2 t Flour or Cornstarch
Method: Press cheese through sieve; beat in egg yolks, flour and sugar. Beat until smooth. Add scalded milk and melted butter and last, the stiffly beaten egg whites. Bake in unbaked pie shell at 450 for 10 min. then at 350 for 45 min.
