Cookbook Recipes
Title: Marinated Mushrooms
Author: Audrey Springer
Ingredients: 8 - 12 oz Mushrooms
2 Green Bell Peppers
1 Onion
Light Italian Dressing
Method: Bring to a boil, enough water to cover mushrooms. Cook pepper and onions in water 5 minutes. Drain, but save water. Put mushrooms in the water for 5 minutes or until soft. Drain. Put mushrooms in a bowl; add peppers and onions. Toss with enough Italian Dressing for your taste. Store in icebox until ready to serve.
Comments: YOU CAN USE MORE OF EACH TIME. SOMETIMES I USE THE WHOLE MUSHROOMS AND SOMETIMES I SLICE THEM. SAME FOR THE PEPPERS AND ONIONS - SOMETIMES I DICE THEM AND OTHER TIMES I SLICE THEM.
