Cookbook Recipes
Title: Mandarin Orange Cake
Author: Reatha Sharpnack
Ingredients: 1 box Yellow Cake Mix
1/2 c Crisco Oil
4 Eggs
1 small can Madarin Oranges andjuice
Method: Add all together and beat 2 min. Bake in 3 9 inch greased cake pans or a 9 x 13 pan at 325. Cool and ice with:
Ingredients: 1 large Cool Whip
1 large Instant Vanilla Pudding
1 large (tin) crushed pineapple and juice
Method: Put pineapple in a large bowl. Sprinkle with pudding. Stir. Fold in Cool Whip. Ice between layers, top and sides. Refrigerate.
Comments: IT'S PRETTY AND GOOD. WILL KEEP FOR SEVERAL DAYS.
WHEN I USE 9x13 PAN IT MAY TAKE 35 MIN. AFTER COOLING I SPLIT IT AND ICE BETWEEN-TOP-SIDES.
