Cookbook Recipes
Title: Macaroni Salad
Author: Natalie Matthews
Ingredients: 1 large Green Pepper
1 Medium Onion, chopped
1 heaping cup Velveeta (or other cheese), chopped in cubes
5 Carrots, cooked but not too soft, chopped in small pieces
1 (8 oz) pkg Spring Macaroni (cooked)
Method: Drain macaroni well. Add first five ingredients, then add dressing below. Refrigerate at least 3 hours (best if overnight).
Ingredients: DRESSING:
1 c Sugar
3/4 c Vinegar
1/2 Oil
salt to taste
Method: Mix well. Add to above ingredients.
