3 c Shredded Zucchini
1 c Bisquick
1/2 c Chopped Onion
1/2 c Grated Parmesan
2 T Parsley
4 Eggs, slightly beaten
dash of pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
1/2 Tsp dried Marjoram OR Oregano OR Italian Seasoning
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1/2 c Vegetable Oil |

Heat oven to 350. Grease 9x13 pan. Mix all
ingredients; spread in pan. Bake until golden brown, about 30-40 min.
Serve warm. |

Cut in 2" x 1" pieces for
appetisers or larger for use as side dish. |

Can be baked, frozen and warmed in
microwave. |
