1 c Mayonnaise
1 c Sour Cream
1 can Water Chestnuts, drained
1 (10 oz) frozen Spinach, uncooked
1 pkg KNORR Vegetable Soup Mix
3 Scallions |

Chop water chestnuts in food processor.
Drain spinach thoroughly, pressing out all liquid. Combine all
ingredients in food processor. Process until blended. |
| To Serve: |
|
Serve with hollowed out round 1 pound loaf
pumpernickel bread.. |
