Cookbook Recipes
Title: Spinach Dip
Author: Marilyn Grove (Marvin's daughter)
Ingredients: 1 c Mayonnaise
1 c Sour Cream
1 can Water Chestnuts, drained
1 (10 oz) frozen Spinach, uncooked
1 pkg KNORR Vegetable Soup Mix
3 Scallions
Method: Chop water chestnuts in food processor. Drain spinach thoroughly, pressing out all liquid. Combine all ingredients in food processor. Process until blended.
To Serve: Serve with hollowed out round 1 pound loaf pumpernickel bread..
