Title:		Mexican Tuna Bake

Ingredients:		1 can Tuna, drained 2 medium Tomatoes 1/2 c chopped Onion 1 can (4oz) whole green Chiles, seeded and chopped 1 c shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese 3 eggs 1/2 c Milk 1/2 c Bisquick 1/2 tsp Salt 1-2 T Taco Sauce
Method:		Grease square baking dish (8 x 8"). Sprinkle tuna, tomatoes, onion, chiles and cheese in a dish. Beat remaining ingredients with beater until foamy. Pour over cheese. Bake in preheated 400 oven 20-25 min. Check as for quiche.
To serve:		Let stand for 10 minutes (before serving) 4 - 6 servings
