(Jalapeno Peppers)
1 c Vinegar
1/4 c Olive Oil
1/4 c Water
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pickling Spices |
| Method: |

Wash peppers. Pack tightly into canning
jar.
(Mix together ingredients.) Pour over peppers to within 1 inch of top
of jar. Put on cap, screw band firmly tight. Process 10 min in Boiling
Water Bath. |

This is about enough for 1 1-pint jar.
Multiply as necessary. |
