Cookbook Recipes
Title: Caramel Corn
Author: Marilyn Grove (Marvin's Daughter)
Ingredients: 1 c Oleo or Butter
1/2 c Light Corn Syrup
2 c Brown Sugar
1 tsp Salt
Method: Bring to boil. Boil 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in:
Ingredients: 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 tsp Vanilla
Method: Mixture will foam. Pour over 6 quarts popped corn. Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour, stirring frequently.
Comments: USE LARGE ROASTING PAN OR LARGEST DISPOSABLE TURKEY PAN YOU CAN FIND.
