Use a beef roast that will fall apart as
cooked. I use either chuck roast (although cheap, there's more waste)
or a top sirloin roast. |
| Ingredients: |

1/4 c ketsup
1 c water
1/4 c worcestershire sauce
minced onion to taste |
| Method: |
|
Pour sauce over roast, cover and bake 2
hours at 350 or until falls apart. Pull into shred with 2 forks.
Refrigerate. Skim off any fat. Reheat in the sauce. |
