4 c Milk
1 tsp Salt
1/2 c Sugar
2 T Butter
1/2 c Cornmeal
1/4 c Dark Corn Syrup
1/2 tsp Cinnamon |
| Method: |

Put milk in saucepan and add cornmeal and
salt. Cook for 15 min., stirring. Remove from heat. Stir in cinnamon
and butter. Put in greased 9 x 9" baking dish and bake at 350 for
1 1/2 hours. Serve warm or cold. |
