3 lbs Apples, peeled and sliced
(about 1 1/2 qts cut up)
1 c Granulated Sugar
pinch Salt
juice of 1/2 Loemon
2 T Flour
1 tsp Cinnamon |

Mix apples and ingredients and place in 9 x
12" greased pan. |

TOPPING:
1 c raw Rolled Oats
1 c Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Baking Soda
1 c Flour
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 lb Butter |

|
Mix topping. Pat over apples. Bake 350
about 1 hr. |
