Bacon Cheese Ring |

1 pkg Bacon
1 lb EXTRA SHARP Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 bunch Green Onions, finely chopped
2 c Mayonnaise
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 C Toasted, slivered Almonds
Strawberry preserves
Crackers or French Bread slices to serve |
| Method: |

Fry bacon until crisp. Drain well and
crumble into small pieces. In a medium bowl, combine bacon, cheese,
green onions, mayo and cayenne pepper: mix thoroughly. Place almonds
in the bottom of an oiled 7-cup ring mold. (Spread mixture on top)
Refrigerate overnight. |
| To Serve: |

Unmold cheese ring onto platter. Place a
small custard cup filled with strawberry preserves in the center of
the ring. Serve with crackers of French Bread slices. |
