1 lb Ground Beef
1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
2 T Margarine
1 c Cottage Cheese
2/3 c Parmesan Cheese
2 Eggs
1/2 c Cheddar Cheese |

Brown beef. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer
10-15 minutes. In separate pan, cook spaghetti noodles as directed on
package. Drain. Put noodles back in pan. Add margarine, parmesan and
eggs. Mix well. Pour noodles into greased 9" pie plate. Top with
cottage cheese, then with sauce. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. Remove
form oven and top with cheddar cheese. Bake until cheese is melted. |
