Cookbook Recipes
Title: Ham and Swiss Loaf
Author: Val Elmer (Reatha's Granddaughter)
Ingredients: BREAD MACHINE DOUGH:
(or use a package of Crescent Roll Dough, rolled out)
3/4 c Water
2 c Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 T Vegetable Oil
1 tsp Sugar
1 1/2 tsp yeast

FILLING:
3 T mayonnaise
8 slices thinly sliced Cooked Ham
1/2 c shredded Swiss Cheese

Method: Roll out dough. Spread with mayonnaise. Layer with ham then cheese. Roll up dough, pinching edges to seal. Place loaf, seam side down on a cookie sheet. If using bread dough, let rise 40-45 minutes. Bake 25-30 minutes at 375.
