Fruit Cocktail Cake |

2 c Flour
1 1/2 c Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
2 tsp Soda
2 well-beaten Eggs
1/2 c Oil
1 can (15-16 oz) Fruit Cocktail, including juice
1 c Coconut |
| Method: |

Mix all but coconut in bowl. Pour into 9 x
13 " pan. Sprinkle coconut on top of cake. Bake for 45 min at
350. Immediately after removing from oven, poke several places with
fork and pour boiled topping on cake.
Wait to prepare the topping until nearly time to remove cake from
oven. |

1/2 c Butter
1/2 c Evaporated Milk
3/4 c Sugar
2 tsp Vanilla |

|
Boil one minute, pour over baked cake. |
