2 c sugar
3 c water |
| Method: |

Bring to a full boil. Remove from heat
& cool slightly. |

1 pkg Frozen Sliced Sugared Strawberries
1 c Frozen Blueberries
1 (16 oz) Pineapple Juice (Juice included)
1/3 c Orange Juice
1/3 c Lemon Juice
4 large, firm Bananas, sliced |

Add to sugar/water. Pour into 9" x
13" pan and freeze. This takes a couple of days! |
| To Serve: |

Set out of freezer about 1/2 hr ahead of
mealtime. Spoon into sherbert cups. Pour 2 T. 7-Up over each dish. |

I CUT INTO SQUARES - IT'S EASIER. THIS IS A
WONDERFUL, REFRESHING FRUIT DISH. IT FREEZES FOR QUITE A WHILE, SO I
USE WHAT I NEED AND RETURN THE REST TO THE FREEZER. I HAVE SERVED IT,
BIT BY BIT, OVER A MONTH'S TIME FOR GUESTS. |
