Cheryl's Coffee Cake |

| Ingredients: |

1 1/2 c Flour
1 c Sugar
2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Salt
(1 Egg and Milk -see below) |
| Method: |
|
Mix together. Put an egg in a one cup
measuring cup and fill with milk (egg plus milk equals one cup).
Mix with dry ingredients and pour into 8 x 8 " greased pan. |

Topping:
1/2 c Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/3 C Melted Butter (when cake is done) |

(Mix sugar and cinnamon.)
Sprinkle on Top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees. Take from oven and pour melted
butter over the top. |

THIS IS A QUICK AND EASILY BE MADE FOR
UNEXPECTED COMPANY. THIS IS THE BASIC RECIPE. ADD SOME DRAINED CANNED
FRUIT, RASBERRY JAM OR WHATEVER YOU WANT TO MAKE IT EVEN BETTER. |
