Steak Salad |

Flank Steak (marinated overnight or several
hours in Italian dressing) |
| Method: |

Bake flank steak in 350 degree oven till
internal temperature is 150 degrees. (This is medium well done). Slice
thin - toss it with blanched green beans and halved cherry tomatoes,
shredded Provolone or Mozzarella cheese or a mixture of both, and
croutons. |
| Dressing: |
|
Italian dressing with about 1/4 c Dijon
mustard stirred in. |
