Cookbook Recipes
Title: Karl's Chicken Balls
Author: Karl Brennsteiner (Edith Gale's Son)
Ingredients: 1/2 c cooked Chicken
4 Potatoes )cubed and oven baked)
1 1/2 c crumbled corn bread (use small JIFFY Mix)
Jalepeno Pepper, diced (to taste)
2 Eggs
1 small Onion, finely diced
salt & pepper to taste
Method: Cube chicken. Cube potatoes (you can leave the skin on). Coat with Italian dressing or any of the Sake & Bake potato seasonings and bake till done. Mix all the ingredients to make of consistency to roll into large golf size balls. Deepfry at 350 degrees till brown and heated through.
