3 Eggs
2 c sugar
2-2 1/2 c grated Zucchini (Can leave skin on)
1 c Oil
1 tsp Vanilla |
| Method: |
|
Beat together eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla.
Add zucchini and any of these optional ingredients:
2 c grated Carrots
1 c Nuts
1 c Raisins
16 oz can Crushed Pineapple (drained well) |

You may have to add a little more flour
when using pineapple. |
