1/2 c Rice
1 1/2 c Water
1 can Evaporated Milk
2 Eggs
1/2 c Raisins (optional)
1/2 c White Sugar
1/2 c Brown Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Nutmeg |

Cook rice in saucepan till water is gone.
Mix milk, eggs, sugars in a casserole dish. Stir in rice, vanilla and
nutmeg. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. Stir throughout baking. Raisins may be
added. |
