1 jar Spaghetti Sauce, heated (your favorite brand) |

Spoon spaghetti sauce on dish of spaghetti;
sprinkle with parmesan cheese. |

DESSERT: Fix night before:
1 box Cake Mix (your favorite). |

Cook as directed. Frost with can of
frosting. |

LUNCH:
Cottage Cheese, seasoned with parsley, garlic powder, onion powder,
salt, pepper. |
| To Serve: |

Serve on brown bread or pita bread. |
