Cookbook Recipes
Title: Scalloped Corn
Author: Nikki Marie Abernathy (Jay's Grandaughter)
Ingredients: 1 can Creamed Corn
2 cans Whole Corn, drained
1 egg
1 can Cream of Celery Soup
1 box JIFF Corn Bread Mix (small box)
1 (16 oz) Sour Cream
Method: Mix together and pour into a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 about 35-40 min. until tested with toothpick comes out clean. Serve warm.
